The database of E-preprint papers, sponsored by the US National Science Foundation(NSF) and the US Department of Energy(DOE), was established by the US Los Alamos National Laboratory in August 1991. It has included more than 450,000 preprints which covers physics、mathematics、nonlinear science、computer science etc.
