Scope All faculties, graduate students, undergraduate students with special needs for documents, researchers outside the university and patrons form cooperated libraries. 2. Service Interlibrary Loan: Lend requested collections form cooperated libraries to patrons through mailing services. Document Delivery: Send requested documents or part of a collection to patrons in form of electronic documents or photocopies. 3. Procedure If you are in need of interlibrary loan or document delivery services, there are two procedures you can use. You can log on the library website and search for the documents you need, provide basic information (i.e. the title, author, name of the journal, publication, date et al.) to the document delivery librarian, and the document will been sent to you shortly. You can also entrust the document delivery librarian to help you find and obtain the document which best suit your special needs. Please consult librarians in Room 109 on the first floor in the Library. Requests for document delivery service will be responded within one working day. Delivery of documents within the library collections would take up to 3 working days (postponed in case of holiday).Delivery of documents outside the library collections may take extra working days depending on the regulation of the library holds the documents. We promise to choose relatively low cost and fast delivery services for our patrons. We would give recommendations for patrons to access to the documents, if the documents are outside our service range. Note: Patron should provide basic information about the documents (i.e. author, title, start and end pages) when submitting a request. 4. Fees The charge will be the actual costs occurred in the process. 5. According to author's name, working place, journal name, volume and issue number of journals and books, meeting name, meeting time, meeting location, literature name, issue time and so on..., find out collection and citation state of literature by SCI, SSCI, A&HCI , EI , ISTP , CSSCI , CSCD. Official Certificate can be issued based on retrieval results.

At the request of readers, topic-based service can provide regularly and irregularly trace retrieval service for special topic regular, and provide retrieval results in the way of bibliography, citation, full paper formats to readers.
