Rules and regulations:

The library e-resources are restricted and can be accessed by users from campus network only. Users must respect authors and publishers' intellectual property rights, as well as abide by the copyright law that forbids downloading e-resources for any commercial and other profitable purposes.

Batch downloading softwares such as Flashget and Netants are forbidden to download full-text resources. It is also forbidden to set up proxy servers to provide off-campus downloading. We have the right to block IPs that violate the rules.
