一、学科概况与研究方向
Discipline overview and research direction
图书情报与档案管理为一级学科,包含图书馆学、情报学与档案学三个二级学科,以信息资源为研究对象,研究信息资源的构成、采集、描述、组织、管理、利用与增值开发规律的综合性学科。该学科系统探索信息资源管理的科学理论与方法,应用现代信息技术和管理科学知识,解决社会信息化、数字化、网络化中信息资源的开发、利用、服务与保存等一系列问题,为图书馆、情报中心、档案馆、出版机构、政府和企事业单位的信息中心的运行与管理提出应对方案,并进一步促进相关信息机构为科学研究和管理决策提供高质量的信息支撑与服务。
Library information and archives management is a first-level discipline, including three second-level disciplines of library science, information science and archives science. Taking information resources as the research object, it is a comprehensive discipline that studies the formation, collection, description, organization, management, utilization and value-added development of information resources. This discipline systematically explores scientific theories and methods of information resource management, applies modern information technology and scientific knowledge of management, and solves a series of problems such as the development, utilization, service and preservation of information resources in the process of social informatization, digitalization and networking. It proposes solutions for the operation and management of information centers in libraries, information centers, archives, publishing institutions, governments, enterprises and public institutions, and further promotes relevant information institutions to provide high-quality information support and services for scientific research and management decisions.
江苏大学科技信息研究成立于2006年,同年获得情报学二级学科硕士学位授予权,2010年获批图书情报与档案管理一级学科硕士学位授予权。以“科研带服务,服务促科研”的理念将本学科定位于基础学科和横断学科,坚持以服务于其他学科和培养各行各业所需的高层次信息人才为目标,不断深化和拓展研究内涵、强化学科特色、增强研究实力。该硕士学位点现有导师15人(含外聘导师4人),高级职称20余人,博士10余人,设有农业农村信息资源组织与管理、专利情报与知识产权战略、情报理论与技术三个学术科研团队,学科研究方向的特色逐步形成,学术队伍结构明显优化。本单位设有信息行为实验室,致力于信息行为感知、发现服务与情感信息挖掘等领域的实证研究。以iSchool运动倡导的人才培养理念为指导,不断探索信息职业人才培养模式,形成了特色鲜明的“双喇叭口”人才培养模式,招生规模与生源质量稳步提高,就业广泛分布各行各业领域,毕业生主要到高等学校从事教学和研究工作,到图书馆、档案馆和企事业单位从事信息管理工作。本学科点设有三个特色研究方向:

Institute of Science and Technology Information was established in 2006, and in the same year, it was granted the right to confer the master's degree in the second-level discipline of information science. In 2010, it was granted the right to confer the master's degree in the first-level discipline of library, information and archives management. Based on the concept of "scientific research with service, service to promote scientific research", the discipline is positioned as a basic discipline and a cross-discipline discipline, and it adheres to the goal of serving other disciplines and training high-level information talents needed by all walks of life, constantly deepening and expanding the research connotation, strengthening the discipline characteristics and enhancing the research strength. The master’s degree program in library, information and archives management has a teaching and research team of 15 supervisors (including 4 external supervisors), more than 20 with a senior title, more than 10 with a doctor degree. It has three academic research teams, namely, agricultural and rural information resource organization and management, patent intelligence and intellectual property strategy, and intelligence theory and technology. The characteristics of the research direction have gradually formed, and the structure of the academic team has been remarkably optimized. This unit has an information behavior laboratory, which is dedicated to empirical research in the fields of information behavior perception, discovery service and emotion information mining. Guided by the talent training concept advocated by iSchool, it has been constantly exploring the talent training mode of information profession, forming a distinctive "double trumpet" talent training mode. The enrollment scale and enrollment quality have been steadily improved, and employment has been widely spread across all walks of life. Graduates have mainly gone to colleges and universities for teaching and research, and to libraries, archives and enterprises and institutions for information management. This discipline has three characteristic research directions:

(2) patent intelligence and intellectual property strategy
(3) intelligence theory and technology

本学科硕士研究生应掌握系统的图书馆学、情报学和档案学基础理论和专门知识;具有从事科学研究的创新意识和独立从事实际工作的专门技术水平;能够深入研究本学科发展中的前沿课题,在科学或专门技术上有新见解;能够胜任图书情报、档案、信息管理和知识产权等领域的科研、教学和管理等工作。
To make students master the basic theories and specialized knowledge of library science, information science and archives science systematically; Having the consciousness of innovation in scientific research and the level of expertise in practical work independently; To be able to conduct in-depth research on the frontier issues in the development of the discipline and have new insights in science or technology; Capable of scientific research, teaching and management in the fields of library and information, archives, information management and intellectual property.
本学科硕士研究生应当具备扎实的中文读写基本能力,毕业时中文能力应当达到《国际汉语能力标准》二级及以上。
Postgraduate students inthis discipline should have solid basic Chinese reading and writing ability, and their Chinese language ability should reach HSK level 2 or above.
本学科硕士研究生应当熟悉中国基本国情和中国传统文化基本常识,了解中国社会基本制度和外交政策,理解中国社会主流价值观和公共道德观念,具备良好的法治观念和道德意识。
Postgraduate students in this discipline should be familiar with China's basic national conditions and the basic knowledge of traditional Chinese culture, understand the basic social system and foreign policy of China, understand the mainstream values and public moral concepts of Chinese society, and have a good sense of rule of law and moral consciousness.
本学科硕士研究生应当在本学科领域中具有较好的国际视野,能够在多个国家的实际环境中运用和发展本学科的知识、技能和方法,并具备参与国际事务和国际竞争的能力。

三、培养方式及学习年限
Training modes and the duration of study
本学科硕士研究生的学习年限一般为三年,最长不超过五年。

本学科硕士研究生培养实行导师负责制下的“产、学、研、服”一体化的培养模式。导师(或指导小组)不仅负责制订研究生培养计划,指导科学研究、专业实践、服务实习和学位论文等工作,而且对研究生的思想品德、学术道德有引导、示范和监督的责任。
The training mode of “production, study, research and service” under the supervisor responsibility system is implemented. The supervisor (or guidance group) is not only responsible for formulating the postgraduate training plan, guiding the scientific research, professional practice, service practice and dissertation work, but also has the responsibility of guiding, demonstrating and supervising the ideological and moral character and academic ethics of the postgraduate students.
本学科硕士研究生须严格按照培养环节要求开展学习、研究和实践,导师(或指导小组)需加强对培养环节的管理和监控。
Students are required to study, research and practice in strict accordance with the requirements of the training process. Supervisors (or guidance groups) are required to strengthen the management and monitoring of the training process.

1. 学术活动(2学分)
Academic activities (2 credits)
研究生须参加学校组织的国内外知名专家学者的专题讲座、学术报告、研究生论坛等学术研讨活动,参加学术研讨活动后必须形成完整的学术报告。本学科硕士研究生在读期间应参加10次以上学术报告活动。研究生在国际会议或全国性高层次学术会议上进行学术论文墙报展示或口头报告者,视同其学术活动环节合格。
Postgraduates are required to participate in special lectures, academic reports, graduate student forums and other academic seminars organized by the university by well-known experts and scholars at home and abroad, and complete academic reports must be formed after participating in the academic seminars. Graduate students of this discipline should participate in more than 10 academic reporting activities during their study. Postgraduates who present their academic papers at international conferences or national high-level academic conferences or give oral reports shall be regarded as qualified in academic activities.
2. 文献阅读(2学分)
Literature reading (2 credits)
本学科研究生在开题之前至少须完成100篇中英文学术文献的阅读并在学科范围内汇报阅读总结/综述,由学科组织专家小组统一考核并记录成绩,不合格者不得进入学位论文开题环节。
Graduate students of this discipline should read at least 100 Chinese and English academic literature and report the reading summary/summary within the discipline before the thesis proposal. The discipline should organize the expert group to conduct unified assessment and record the results. Those who fail to pass the thesis proposal are not allowed to enter the dissertation proposal.
3. 专题研讨(1学分/次)
Seminar (1 credit/time)
研究生在学期间必须在学科范围内公开进行文献研读交流、学术研究进展汇报和专题研讨汇报,硕士研究生不得少于1次,由导师和专家评定学分。
During the period of study, the graduate students must publicly conduct at least one literature study exchange, academic research progress report and special topic discussion report within the discipline, and the credits shall be assessed by the tutors and experts.
4. 实践环节(1学分)
Practice (1 credit)
本学科研究生实践活动主要有以下形式:
· 参与研究所科技查新或科技咨询等工作;
· 参与研究所教学工作;
· 参与图书馆服务工作;
· 到相关对口单位或企业工作站参加实践工作;
· 参与导师承担的科研项目。
The practice activities of postgraduates in this discipline mainly take the following forms:
•participate in the research institute's science and technology innovation or science and technology consulting work;
•participate in the teaching work of the research institute;
•participating in library services;
•take part in practical work at relevant counterpart units or enterprise workstations;
•participate in the research projects undertaken by the supervisor.
本学科研究生实践环节需达到不少于1学分要求,主要以社会实践报告、社会调查报告和专业实践报告等3种形式的文字报告由学科组织不少于5人的专家小组考核评定学分。
The practice of postgraduates of this discipline shall meet the requirements of no less than 1 credit, and the credit shall be assessed by an expert group of no less than 5 students organized by the discipline through written reports in the forms of social practice report, social investigation report and professional practice report.

1.论文开题
Thesis proposal
开题是研究生培养过程中开展学位论文工作的首要环节。研究生在撰写学位论文之前,必须经过认真的调查研究,查阅大量的文献资料尤其是外文文献,了解主攻研究方向的历史和现状,在此基础上确定学位论文研究题目,并作论文开题报告。开题报告应论述学位论文选题依据、研究方案、预期目标与科研成果、工作计划等关键问题。
The thesis proposal is the first step to develop the dissertation in the process of postgraduate training. Before writing the dissertation, postgraduates must conduct careful investigation and research, consult a large number of literature materials, especially foreign literature, to understand the history and current situation of the main research direction, determine the dissertation research topic on this basis, and make the thesis proposal report. The thesis proposal report should discuss the key issues such as the basis of dissertation topic selection, research plan, expected goals and research results, and work plan.
研究生学位论文实行集体开题,由学科统一组织。研究生学位论文开题必须经导师审核同意方可进行。本学科成立学位论文开题专家考核小组,由本学科或相关学科至少5名专家组成,确定一名负责人主持开题考核工作。
Thethesis proposalis organized by the discipline and must be approved by the supervisor. A thesis proposal expert assessment team shall be set up in this discipline, which shall be composed of at least 5 experts from this discipline or related disciplines, and a person in charge shall be appointed to preside over the proposal assessment work.

中期检查主要考察研究生学分完成情况、研究进展及综合专业能力。中期检查由不少于5人的专家小组集中评审。

The intermediate inspection mainly investigates the credit completion, research progress and comprehensive professional ability of the postgraduates. It shall be centrally reviewed by a panel of experts of not less than 5 persons.
