On November 21, 2021, the 11th Sino-foreign Postgraduate Academic Forum of Jiangsu University-financial and management sub-forum was held in the Lecture Hall 1501 of Sanjiang Building as scheduled at 8:00 a.m. The forum focused on the theme of "New Ideas, New Opportunities, New Development". It was organized by the School of Management, co-organized by the School of Finance and Economics and Science and Technology Information Institute, and it adopted the form of online and offline integration.

The forum invited Associate Professor Li Zhiwen from School of Management, Associate Professor Dragana Ostic from School of Finance and Economics, and Teacher Jia Huizhen from Science and Technology Information Institute as on-site judges, and Associate Professor Sun Dongying from School of Management as the guest speaker. More than 120 Chinese and foreign graduate students attended this forum. The conference is mainly divided into three links: expert theme report, player report and wall newspaper exchange.

At first, associate Professor Sun Dongying of the School of Management gave an expert report. The topic of the report was "Spatio-Temporal Differentiation and Influencing Factors of Urban Water Supply System Resilience in the Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration". Then, 13 contestants from school of Management, School of Finance and Science and Technology Information Institute gave online and offline academic reports respectively. The three judges listened to the report carefully, and made a comprehensive evaluation of the performance of the contestants from the aspects of quality of academic papers, scientific research ability, language expression ability and other aspects. They also made on-site comments on the writing ideas and reporting performance of each contestant, and the the contestants gave serious answers. During the tea break, the Chinese and foreign graduate students watched 60 academic wall newspapers, and actively participated in voting for the outstanding players in their hearts.

Finally, the judges selected the best report award, and the students voted for the best presentation award. Qian Jing, 2020 graduate student of Science and Technology Information Institute, won the best report award for her novel research content and fluent oral expression. Cheng Shuo, 2020 graduate student of Science and Technology Information Institute, won the best display award for her wall newspaper for its rich content. This forum focused on the exchange and discussion of financial management academic issues from different angles, created a strong academic theme atmosphere, encouraged students to express their academic opinions, expanded the international vision and scientific research and cultural exchange ability of postgraduates, and had the positive impact on the improvement of innovation ability and academic level of postgraduates.
