On the afternoon of March 28, 2020, the fourth "Cross Culture Park" cross-cultural exchange activity for graduate students of Jiangsu University was successfully held on Tencent conference platform. The activity was sponsored by The Research Department of Party Committee of Jiangsu University, The Youth League Committee of Jiangsu University and the School of Overseas Education of Jiangsu University. It was also organized by the Graduate Student Union of Institute of Science and Technology Information of Jiangsu University, the Graduate Student Union of School of Mechanics and the Graduate Student Union of School of Electrical Engineering.

With the theme of “Internet +” big data environment, this activity adopts the form of live online conference to bring entertainment activities to everyone and discuss the application of electrical machinery subject under the big data environment. This event has broadened students' horizons, promoted the exchange of Chinese and foreign graduate students, and highlighted the advantages of Jiangsu University as a “high-level, distinctive and international research university”.

Big data and "Internet plus" will help the epidemic prevention and control in 2020, and real-time data will be collected to prevent the spread of coVID-19.For example, using drones to help control the outbreak can not only recognize license plates, but also measure body temperature without contact. Based on this, the host randomly selects students to give a speech on the spot. The speech content is about his major and his research direction, and he boldly speculates about how his research will contribute to the promotion of science and technology.

This exchange activity not only promotes the cultural exchange between Chinese and foreign graduate students, but also enables them to have a deeper understanding of the three disciplines and majors.
