At 3:00 pm on November 30, 2019, the 9th Postgraduate "Cross Culture Park" activity of Jiangsu University was successfully held in the international student restaurant.

The activity is organized by Science and Technology Information Institute, School of Mechanical Engineering and School of Electrical Engineering. The theme of this event is "the Development of Electricity and Machinery in the 5G Era". Nowadays, 5G has gradually become a hot topic. 5G is not only the upgrading of 4G, but also the key to the fourth industrial revolution. 

At the beginning, the hosts introduced several commonly used index databases.Then, students were randomly selected to give lectures about their majors,research directions,and how their research will contribute to the advancement of science and technology application.

The second part of the activity was the Q&A. The audience were divided into 6 groups, each group had 10-12 people. There were 25 questions about library and information science,electrical science and mechanical science.All of the students rushed to answer the questions for more scores. Chinese and foreign students all have proactive participation.

Outside the window,there was cold winter rain.However, inside the window we are overwhelming with summer-like enthusiasm and passion.Finally,in the singing of "Friend" by a Chinese student and an overseas student,participants exchanged WeChat,shook hands and said goodbye reluctantly.

This exchange activity not only promoted the cultural exchange between Chinese and foreign students, but also brought everyone a happy and warm memory.
